The candidate should have strong hands on experience in operations administration and team management along with a proactive and problem solving mindset
Skills and experience
Minimum two years experience in operations and administration management is required
Experience in human resource functions including recruitment interviewing payroll and employee relations is highly preferred
Strong ability to resolve operational challenges and improve processes with good administrative understanding
Ability to lead manage and coordinate teams effectively
Experience in food or hospitality industry will be an added advantage
Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required candidates with BBA MBA or MPA will be preferred
Strong communication skills in English and Urdu are required
