Full job description
Administrative and executive support
Manage and maintain the managing director calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the managing director
Prepare review and organize documents reports presentations and official communication
Handle confidential information with high level of professionalism and discretion
Coordination and communication
Coordinate meetings agendas minutes and follow ups
Communicate with senior management board members clients and business partners
Manage calls emails and requests and prioritize tasks effectively
Track tasks and ensure timely follow up on all action items
Travel and event management
Arrange local and international travel including itineraries visa processing accommodation and logistics
Assist in organizing corporate events board meetings and executive sessions
Office and operational support
Support the managing director in daily operations and special projects
Maintain organized filing systems both physical and digital for easy access and record keeping
Assist in coordinating activities across different departments as directed by the managing director
