Candidate must have strong background in business and corporate communication with excellent written and spoken English
Candidate should have knowledge of Philippine government procedures regulations and permit processing
Must be skilled in MS Word and Excel and able to research online and find accurate and reliable information
Candidate should be able to create basic architectural drawings including floor plans and perspectives using hand drawing or software like SketchUp or similar tools
Technical understanding is preferred and candidate should be comfortable with technical concepts and terminology
Basic IT skills are highly preferred including network troubleshooting and basic knowledge of Linux
Work location is in person Multan
