Respond to customer inquiries through phone email or chat
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Provide clear and accurate information about company services
Maintain customer records and update information when required

Requirements
Minimum qualification is high school or equivalent education
Previous experience in customer service will be an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks efficiently
Basic computer knowledge is required
Work location in person Multan
